PuTTY Tray is freeware implementation of Telnet and SSH for Windows, included with a compatible xterm terminal emulator.
The networking software PuTTY does not require installation, to start it, just run the executable file and enter in the "host name" the name of the machine to which to connect, choosing the SSH protocol.
In the "Stored Sessions" type a string of your choice.
