Start Menu X is a small application for tweaking Windows XP, 7 and 8, specially developed to replace the old Start menu with a customizable and graphically most modern Start menu.

X Start Menu for Windows XP and 7 replaces the old menu with a full menu simple, modern and custom, while Windows 8 (which by default is no menu) automatically adds a new menu from the bootable Start command.
