tinyMediaManager is an extensive program for running a computer library of movies and series. It allows the convenient description of all recordings that we have saved on discs. The information that can be entered is very detailed: it concerns not only basic data about the file itself but also details of the plot, list of actors, posters from films or physical covers of records. Navigating through so many options is facilitated by the different-language interface (which, unfortunately, also suffered from several mishaps, but mainly in the less frequently used parts of the application).

Although the first time you launch the program, the application encourages you to use a friendly appearance, unfortunately, we are waiting for some disappointment, because to add new elements to the library, you must first delve into preferences. In them, we must indicate the path of the folder in which we have the movies saved on the disk, and in addition, most likely,  thanks to which all the recordings in the given folder will be added to the library. What's more, this option is not recommended by the manufacturer, because it will later limit the use of other possibilities associated with the automatic naming of thumbnails and other additional elements. It is worth noting that the program already at this stage delimits the sources of movies and series;

When this unnecessarily complicated stage of preparation is already completed by us, all movies and series can be loaded onto the list by clicking the "refresh" button above the list box. All films are then imported into the program, and from that moment you can proceed to supplement the information about recordings. This operation is convenient because it boils down to double-clicking on the selected movie, and then (moving through subsequent tabs), entering the data we are interested in or importing graphics (e.g. posters or covers).
